Terms of use

This website, cubemsp.co.uk, is operated by Cube Systems Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17220899, whose registered office is at Unit 11, Olney Business Park, Osier Way, Olney, Buckinghamshire, MK46 5FP. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Cube Systems Limited, and “the site” means this website, including the markdown versions of its pages and its llms.txt files.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it. The site is intended for businesses and the people who work for them.

These terms cover the website only. Access to CubeMSP, including workspaces, the client portal, implementation and support, is governed by the written agreement between your organisation and us, together with our data processing terms. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement takes precedence.

If you are a client of an MSP and use CubeMSP through a board your provider has shared with you, your use is governed by your arrangement with that provider.

You are welcome to read the site, link to any page, and download or print pages for your own organisation’s evaluation of CubeMSP. You must not:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law, or for anything fraudulent or harmful;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the servers it runs on, or any system or database connected to it;
• introduce viruses or other malicious code, or attack the site through denial of service or by any other means;
• copy, republish or sell material from the site for commercial purposes, or present it as your own;
• frame the site, or suggest an association with us or an endorsement by us that does not exist; or
• use the contact form to send marketing, bulk messages or anything unlawful.

Attacking the site may be an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We may report such activity to the relevant authorities and co-operate with them.

We publish a markdown version of every page and an llms.txt summary, so that search engines, AI assistants and research tools can read the site accurately. Automated access is welcome, provided it:

• follows the rules in our robots.txt file;
• states who is operating it in its user agent;
• keeps to a request rate that does not slow the site down for other visitors; and
• leaves alone anything under /api/, which is not content.

If you quote or summarise the site, please do so accurately and link back to the page you took it from. We may block automated traffic that ignores these conditions.

Unless stated otherwise, we or our licensors own the intellectual property in the site and its content, including its text, graphics, interface designs, screenshots and code. CubeMSP, Cube Systems and their logos and emblems are trade marks of Cube Systems Limited.

Other product and company names on the site, including those of Microsoft, other PSA vendors and the services we integrate with, are trade marks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify those products. Their use does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation unless we say so explicitly.

Some pages compare CubeMSP with other products, or describe how it works alongside them. Those comparisons reflect our understanding when they were written, based on publicly available information and our own experience of running an MSP. Vendors change their products and pricing, and a comparison can fall out of date.

Please check anything important with the vendor concerned before relying on it. If you believe a comparison is inaccurate, tell us at hello@cubemsp.co.uk and we will review it promptly and correct anything that is wrong.

The site is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate, but product descriptions, features, integrations and availability change as CubeMSP develops. Where the site describes CubeMSP or a feature as in early access, in development or planned, it may change or may not be released.

Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance. Any prices or pricing examples are indicative and exclude VAT. What you pay is set out in a written quote and in your agreement with us.

Nothing on the site is legal, security, financial or compliance advice. Where CubeMSP helps you meet an obligation, such as data protection or reporting to your own clients, responsibility for meeting it remains with you.

Information you send us through the site is handled under our privacy policy. Please do not include passwords, API keys or personal data about your own clients in an enquiry. If we need data to prepare a migration estimate, we will agree a secure way to exchange it first.

The site links to other websites, including those of other Crushed Ice Group companies and of the products we integrate with. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

You may link to any page of the site, provided you do so fairly and lawfully and do not suggest an association with us that does not exist.

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice. We take care to keep it secure, but we do not guarantee that it is free from bugs or viruses, so please use your own security software.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you find a security vulnerability in the site or in CubeMSP, please report it privately to support@cubemsp.co.uk with enough detail for us to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before telling anyone else. While investigating, do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, and do not degrade the service for other people.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

The site is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all conditions, warranties and representations relating to it, whether express or implied.

We are not liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, or from reliance on its content. In particular, we are not liable for loss of profits, sales, business or revenue; business interruption; loss of anticipated savings; loss or corruption of data; loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or any indirect or consequential loss.

Our liability in connection with CubeMSP itself is set out in your customer agreement and is not affected by this section.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here when you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the site, including non-contractual disputes or claims, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
